| Details | ⾼齢者の被災率の⾼さから，⾼齢者を中⼼とした災害弱者が整った環境へ避難できるかが被災を軽減させるために重要であると考えられる。福祉避難所が⼗分に確保できているか，福祉避難所が確保できていなかった場合，他の施設を福祉避難所に転⽤して不⾜分をカバーできるか明らかにする必要がある。本研究では，福祉施設を福祉避難所として利⽤した際に，避難時間が改善できるのかを逃げ地図を通して明らかにする。 |
