Details The modern age where life control became possible with the development of medical technology, bioethics concerning Shino self-determination right such as selective abortion and dignity death are discussed. This issue is a matter involving people and families living with disabilities and intractable diseases as parties, so I discussed how this type of problem should be reflected in the clinical site after clinical philosophical dialogue with the parties. The paper reflects the results of the clinical philosophical dialogue between parents and institutional staff of severely disabled people, students of progressive incurable disease ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis) patients and Rissho University.
