Details Educational philosophy of new curriculum guidelines in 2017 and the educational state in detail, consideration has been added focusing on "Special Activities". Curriculum guidelines is developed by a key word as upbringing of "the quality and the ability" as the extended tops of "Zest for lives" 1996 years. New point and theme of the contents of "Special Activities" and education technique of an elementary school were considered specifically. Establishment and change point in class activity, children's committee activity, club activities and a school event. The meaning aiming at the state of school making based on "Convention on the Rights of the Child".
